3. Our Community Principles
We ask every member to follow five core principles:
- Respect: Treat other members with courtesy and professionalism.
- Honesty: Be truthful about your identity, experience, qualifications and commercial claims.
- Transparency: Disclose relevant financial interests, sponsorships and affiliate relationships.
- Responsibility: Protect confidential information and respect other members' time and boundaries.
- Collaboration: Contribute constructively and help create a community that benefits everyone.
Disagreement, debate and constructive criticism are welcome. Personal attacks, deception and abusive behaviour are not.

Members must communicate respectfully, even when discussing competing businesses, different strategies or controversial industry topics.
The following behaviour is prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation or threats.
- Discriminatory abuse or hateful conduct.
- Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances.
- Repeated personal insults or targeted humiliation.
- Stalking or persistent unwanted contact.
- Encouraging others to harass or target a member.
- Deliberately disruptive or abusive conduct.
- Publishing another person's private information without authorisation.
Criticism of ideas, business practices and marketing methods is permitted when expressed constructively and without personal abuse.
5. Accurate Profiles and Genuine Identities
Members must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining their accounts.
You must not:
- Impersonate another individual or organisation.
- Falsely claim to represent a merchant, affiliate network or business.
- Misrepresent professional qualifications or experience.

- Create accounts to evade an existing suspension or ban.
- Use multiple accounts to manipulate discussions, reviews or rankings.
Professional display names and legitimate business trading names are permitted, provided they are not used deceptively.
We may request reasonable verification where necessary to investigate suspected impersonation, fraud or serious misrepresentation.
6. Professional Networking and Business Introductions
Partners Academy encourages legitimate professional networking between merchants, publishers, influencers, agencies and other industry participants.
Members are welcome to introduce themselves, discuss business interests, share relevant experience and explore potential collaborations.
However, networking must remain professional, proportionate and respectful of other members' preferences.
You must not:
- Send repetitive unsolicited sales messages.
- Use automated tools to contact large numbers of members without authorisation.
- Pressure members into commercial relationships.
- Continue contacting someone after they have asked you to stop.
- Misrepresent the purpose of a business introduction.
- Use deceptive recruitment or lead-generation tactics.
- Harvest contact details from member profiles or directories.
Access to a member directory does not constitute permission to send unsolicited marketing communications.
7. Advertising, Self-Promotion and Commercial Posts
Relevant business promotion may be permitted in designated community areas, subject to moderation and any applicable posting rules.
Members must not overwhelm discussions with advertisements, repeated promotional links or irrelevant sales messages.
Commercial posts should be clearly identified where required and must not contain misleading claims.
We may restrict promotional activity to specific groups, categories or approved listing features.
Partners Academy reserves the right to remove excessive, deceptive or inappropriate commercial content.
8. Affiliate Links and Referral Promotions
Affiliate marketing is central to the Partners Academy community, and relevant affiliate discussions are encouraged.
However, members must be transparent about commission-generating links and referral relationships.

Submitted information must be accurate, current and not misleading.
Where relevant, listings should clearly explain:
- The business or merchant offering the programme.
- The products or services promoted.
- Commission structures and qualifying conditions.
- Relevant affiliate network or tracking arrangements.
- Geographical or eligibility restrictions.
- Material exclusions or limitations.
- Any stated offer expiry date.
Merchants must not deliberately conceal material programme conditions or publish fabricated performance statistics.
Partners Academy may review, reject, amend, suspend or remove listings where there are reasonable concerns about accuracy, legality, safety or compliance with platform rules.
Publication of an offer does not constitute a guarantee of its commercial performance or payment reliability.

- Copy another instructor's course and present it as their own.
- Use another business's branding deceptively.
- Sell or sublicense content without the necessary rights.

AI-generated content must not be used to deceive members, impersonate real people or fabricate evidence.
Where material AI-generated content could reasonably mislead others about its authenticity or origin, appropriate disclosure should be provided.
